Commissioner’s House is a unique combination of stunning Georgian architecture and beautiful landscaped gardens within the rich heritage of The Historic Dockyard Chatham. One of the most beautiful historic buildings in Kent, Commissioner’s House has strikingly elegant rooms and terrace licensed for ceremonies.

Not many couples can boast they were married on a ship! You can, aboard the magnificent Victorian 3-masted sloop HMS Gannet. The ceremony can take place in the Commander’s Cabin, on the Quarterdeck or on the main deck of this wonderful and unique location. You can combine your ceremony with a drinks reception onboard, followed by the main reception in Commissioner’s House.
