Below the Belt Grooming reports 82% growth in sales during lockdown as men turned to walking, running, cycling and home gyms to keep fit they needed the personal hygiene products to accompany their new found regimes!

Below the Belt Grooming products (which combat perspiration and chafing in the balls and groin area) saw a spike in sales each month during the first part of lockdown (March and April) and reported an impressive 82% rise in sales from April 2020 to May 2020.

While men were focussing on their daily exercise routine - in early lockdown it was the only time we had outdoors in 24hours - the need for sweat protection and prevention became more essential as the temperature across the UK rose to record breaking levels for spring time.

Vivalis Beauty Ltd, owner and manufacturer of Below the Belt Grooming attributes the growth to a heightened understanding of personal care for men as Graham Lynch-Staunton, CEO Vivalis Beauty Ltd says: "The men's grooming market continues to grow year-on-year and more guys are placing physical fitness at the heart of their daily routine. We saw this during lockdown as daily exercise was our only route to the outside world. as the temperature increased the need for products that counter excess sweat to keep their balls and groin dry and fresh increased even more. Our best seller is Fresh & Balls which outsells the rest of the range by five to one. It's a real winner in the emerging Athleisure Personal Care category."
