Spicing up the Kent food scene Karara, meaning “spicy”, is the new brand name for amazingly aromatic dishes created by local chef Paul Babra. It’s the culmination of Paul’s vision of bringing flavours to life wherever you are. “I don’t want to stay inside four walls and cook, my team and I want to go to events, see people and share in their enjoyment of the healthy flavourful foods we create. These aren’t just curries, this is so much more – it’s an experience,” he says. With a loyal following across the county Paul and his team are well known for catering huge events with their capability for producing hundreds of high quality, healthy and delicious meals at venues such as Leeds Castle. So, if you’re looking for a bit of spice in your wedding breakfast why not pop along and sample the dishes for yourself at the Karara marquee set up at Macknade Food Village from Thursday to Sunday.
