Virtual wedding showcase at Bromley Court Hotel

The lovely wedding team at Bromley Court Hotel have come up with the fabulous idea of hosting a virtual wedding showcase, helping couples to plan their big day during this challenging time. We caught up with the hotel's meetings and events coordinator, Jamie Marie Paddington, to find out more.

How did you come up with the wonderful idea to hold a virtual showcase? 

We were due to hold a wedding showcase at the hotel in March with another scheduled for May, but unfortunately with these not going ahead due to the coronavirus pandemic, we thought why not make it a virtual experience? All couples who have already booked, or any potential couples, can meet one of our event coordinators, to discuss hosting their wedding at the hotel, as well as having the chance to chat with all our recommended suppliers. Our team has been involved in virtual courses on Facebook in the past and thought it was a great way for people to communicate as well as taking time to think about something positive.

Who will be involved?  

We have 4YaParty (venue stylist), Viva La Foto (photographer), Beckenham Flower Studios (florist), Tabitha Redden Makeup and SJB Hair & Makeup (make-up artists), L’Amour Curve (bridalwear), Simply Irresistible Cakes (wedding cakes), Swansong Productions (videographer), Graham Beacom (toastmaster).

How will it work?

The event will be hosted on our Facebook Event “The Bromley Court Hotels Virtual Wedding Showcase”. It will take the form of  individual video posts, opening with me  introducing myself and discussing the hotel's amazing all-inclusive wedding packages. Videos will then be posted one by one from each of our suppliers introducing themselves and explaining what they can bring to a couple's wedding day.
