The bar staff team at Kent Mobile Bar Company are experts, they're world-class mixologists...
Mercure Tunbridge Wells has remained open throughout the lockdown period to support the NHS and other key workers. The wedding venue has hosted many of the local trust’s brave doctors and nurses, many of whom have been working on Covid-19 wards. “They made the tough decision to stay away from their families to help save lives, so we’ve done everything possible to make their stay here the best it can be. Being the only hotel open in the area for many weeks, we’ve provided the much-needed support our key workers have needed, and we’re very proud of that,” says events manager Sophie Brunger.
In terms of weddings, the venue has been supportive of couples who’ve been forced to postpone their big day, while being mindful of those still wishing to book theirs, but now face challenges. There has been a member of the events team available onsite throughout, willing and able to assist. Sophie says, “We’re available by phone or email and can even offer video meetings, including a virtual tour.”
What’s more, wedding package prices have been frozen for 2021, including the fabulous £2,020 package. It’s no wonder Mercure Tunbridge Wells is a finalist for Wedding Venue of the Year at the Kent Wedding Awards 2020!
