When it's time for you look for local businesses to help you with your wedding, take a look at our advertisements below. Most will have links to their own websites. These advertisements are updated regularly so please revisit often and mention Your Kent Wedding when making any enquiries.

The pair met while working for another events company and after a drunken night in the pub and much discussion about how they'd run their own company, House of Wedding was born! When they aren't working they enjoy socialising with their friends and families (including four-legged family members) and attending live shows particularly music gigs and drag shows.

House of Wedding is a small and friendly events planning team. Together we have over 10 years experience in events planning including weddings, live music festivals, corporate parties and large conferences.
We create festival style weddings in the heart of Kent. We love planning weddings and we're really excited to work in collaboration with Gravel Pit Farm and Longberry Farm. Both our sites have fully licensed wedding areas. At Gravel Pit Farm the Mahaba ceremony area offers luxury and tranquility in a Savannah style setting (‘Mahaba’ meaning love in Swahili). At Longberry Farm our beautiful ceremony area is called The Gardenia which is nestled beautifully in the surrounding countryside. Both sites offer the perfect back drop for a boho, hippie chic wedding.
We are also collaborating with the fabulous Katah Tipis for both of our sites. They offer the best tipis in varying sizes with a host of different extras and add ons. We can’t wait to see what they come up with next!
Our event solution also offers many different options in terms of catering, décor and accommodation. For example gourmet food and drink trucks offer a more relaxed option for feeding guests rather than a three course sit down. Another massive benefit of our festival style wedding venue is guests can stay onsite in luxurious glamping tents in the heart of the Kent Countryside offering a unique experience for couples and their guests.
What do you love most about working with weddings?
We both love helping couples create a day to remember - it's amazing seeing all the hard work come together on the day. We love watching the venue transform and seeing the couples' vision come to life. It takes a village to get a venue wedding ready!

Having worked in the industry for years we have both seen how wedding trends can change every season and over the years we have seen the shift in couples wanting a more relaxed bespoke day, moving away from the traditional settings. Our goal is to offer couples the opportunity to think outside the box, to choose the elements they really want and not what they have to have within a wedding package.
We can’t wait for wedding season to be back in full swing. Keeping our fingers crossed for 2021!
