The Guildhall, a gorgeous Medieval building in the heart of Faversham, is now available as a wedding ceremony venue. Located in the Market Place, it was built in 1574 and is steeped in character, offering a wonderfully unusual venue for your “I dos”. Ceremonies take place in the Council Chamber, which can accommodate 50 guests and features walls bedecked with paintings.

Adrienne Begent of the town council told us: “The Guildhall has been at the centre of Faversham life for more than 500 years and is a very special place for couples to tie the knot. With its timber arcades, rooftop views and weather-vaned cupola, the building offers a wealth of character and interest.”
