The Beacon Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells, has announced it's added seven rooms to the venue encompassing six uniquely styled bedrooms and a summer house cabin. The Kent countryside retreat combines a restaurant headed by executive chef Scott Goss, creating a unique destination for food enthusiasts and those seeking the perfect escape.
Champion of Kent produce and alumni of the late great Gary Rhodes, chef Scott Goss says, "I'm thrilled that we are able to offer guests a culinary experience through our restaurant, events and weddings, plus the addition of offering a luxe home from home. This takes us to the next level of providing more to our local and regional guests."
The rooms are an extension of the Garden Kitchen, main restaurant and wedding venue, so the design reflects these other areas creating a cohesive visitor experience.
The Beacon has gone through many different iterations in its time, from a public bath house to a private house, a hostel for refugees twice and a pub for the local community; now it's the restaurant with rooms and wedding venue it is today!
